Cleaning and Linen Policies

  • CLEAN BED GUARANTEE: All linens (bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and dish towels) are washed and bleached before every new guest's arrival in high-heat commercial washers with EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach. Specialized procedures keep soiled linens separate from all others to prevent cross-contamination.
  • PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: Units are cleaned before each guest's arrival by professional cleaning staff employed by Gold Star using eco-friendly approved chemicals. After each cleaning, properties are inspected to ensure cleanliness and qualify for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
  • Guests are asked to refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy linens. Damage will result in a charge equal to the current retail price of the items damaged.

Long-Term Rental Policy

  • This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between October through the end of February. Monthly rentals are booked direct only.
